Recently, one of my editors at T Magazine (NYT) published a social media list of the most preferred croissants among a handful of local chefs and designers. I agreed with some of what made the list (Poilâne! Des Gâteaux et du Pain! Mamiche!) but thought I’d share my own personal top 3. May this inspire your croissant hunting!
