A month ago, I squealed with excitement and, if I’m honest, a fair amount of anxiety, as I watched myself on screen talking about France’s gastronomic influence with Eva Longoria and Alain Ducasse. That was in episode 1, filmed in Paris, before Eva embarked on her own tour de France, discovering the culinary history and regional specialties in Provence, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Alsace, and Brittany. But for the last episode, airing tonight, she returns to Paris.
She had me join her for the conclusion with the supremely talented chef Eric Ripert (and another surprise guest!) and I’m really eager to see how it all turned out! Tune in to see the show Searching for France on CNN at 9pm or as of tomorrow on the CNN streaming app.
