In all the years that Jennifer Greco has lived in France—first in the Languedoc-Roussillon, then lower Normandy, and finally in Paris since 2015—she has documented food and wine traditions, cultural observations, and her travel experiences. Cheese has been a recurring theme throughout, particularly since 2007 when she began a personal project to taste every. single. cheese. Literally, every cheese produced in France.
For the last several years, she has led tours and seminars with Context Travel and Paris by Mouth but I was excited to read that she was launching her own cheese-focused workshops and tours this spring. To mark the occasion (and introduce you to Jennifer if you didn’t already know her and her corner of the internet), I asked her to answer a few questions for my readers.
